This is a writ of error on a judgment entered upon an order sustaining a demurrer to the plaintiff’s complaint. A motion was made to dismiss the writ, upon affidavits, and a certificate of the clerk of the circuit court that the judgment was entered by him at the request and by the direction of the plaintiff’s attorney, and without any direction or authority from the defendant’s attorney.
