The appellant, Powhatan Coal & Coke Company, complains of the order of the judge of the circuit court of McDowell county, made in vacation on the 16th of July, 1906, overruling its motion to dissolve an injunction' awarded by said judge in vacation on the 2nd of July, 1906, upon presentation of a bill in equity by appellee, Pocahontas Coke Company, against appellant. In order to have a proper understanding of the questions involved in this case a somewhat extended statement is necessary.
