Plaintiff, Bricks, Inc. (Bricks), a supplier of building materials and supplies, brought this action against defendants G&B Construction, Inc. (G&B), C&F Developers, Inc. (C&F), Cole Taylor Bank, and Julian Borcylc to establish and enforce a lien pursuant to the Mechanics Lien Act (770 ILCS 60/1 et seg. (West 2002)), and to recover money judgments against defendants.
