Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (initiated in this Court pursuant to CPLR 506 [b] [1]) to review a determination of respondent which revoked petitioner’s pistol permit.

Respondent suspended petitioner’s pistol permit as the result of an incident in December 2012, when petitioner came out of his jewelry store brandishing a handgun to confront two local municipal employees in the store’s parking lot.
