FORD, District Judge.

The plaintiff is a resident of the state of California and brings suit against the defendants as trustees of the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad Company, claiming damages in the sum of $200,000 by reason of personal injuries suffered through the alleged negligence of the defendants, their agents and servants, in using undue force in attempting to eject the plaintiff from the defendants’ car or train.
