This claim alleges that claimant1 is a young adult with disabilities who, on October 18, 2008 and prior thereto, was a resident of a group home in Brooklyn, New York that was owned and operated by the defendant. The claim alleges that claimant sustained injuries as a result of an assault by defendant’s employees, as well as various acts of negligence.
