ORDER DENYING APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL

SAMUEL P. KING, Senior District Judge.

This action for employment discrimination is brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5. On May 16, 1985, plaintiff requested that this court appoint him counsel.

Counsel may be appointed in Title VII cases “[u]pon application by the complain ant and in such circumstances as the court may deem just____” 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(1)(B). In Bradshaw v.
