—Appeal by the People from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County (Sherman, J.), dated September 4, 1984, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment.

Order reversed, on the law and the facts, indictment reinstated, and matter remitted to the County Court, Suffolk County, for further proceedings consistent herewith.
