Israel LucIIoav died in tbe county of Kenton many years since, leaving his wife and seAreral children surviving him. He made a last will and testament, by which he left his wife his executrix, and directs her, if necessary, to dispose of a part of his real estate for the payment of debts and the maintenance of his family, designating by his will that portion of his real estate he desired sold. His valuable lands were located near the city of Covington, and his Avish was that thirty acres of this land should be sold in lots not exceeding one quarter of an acre each.
