— Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Carol Berkman, J.), entered February 9, 1984, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment pursuant to CPL 30.30, is unanimously reversed, on the law, the motion is denied, the indictment is reinstated, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings.
