Claimant, Jerry Hosteny, filed three applications for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq. (West 2004)) for injuries he allegedly sustained while in the employ of respondent, Anning Johnson Co. Following a hearing, the arbitrator determined that claimant sustained compensable accidents on two of the three alleged accident dates. The arbitrator awarded claimant medical expenses, temporary total disability (TTD) benefits, and permanent partial disability (PPD) benefits.
