This was a bill in chancery filed in the circuit court of Cook county by James M. Clark, the defendant in error, against Stanley Jankowski, the plaintiff in error, to enforce the specific performance of a certain contract in writing entered into by said Clark and Jankowski for the exchange of real estate.
