This is a suit under the injunction and abatement Act No. 47 of 1918 p. 67. The suit was filed on July 23rd, 1919 in the name of the District Attorney. He alleged that Mrs. Fred Franz was the owner of the property No. 228 North Rampart Street in the City of New Orleans; that A.
