Dismissing for want of jurisdiction.

A warrant was sued out in the police court of the city of Dayton against appellee, Scheitker <& Company, a wholesale grocery concern, charging it with a violation of the city ordinance requiring wholesale grocerymen to pay a license tax of $25.00, and take out a license allowing the carrying on of a wholesale grocery business in the city of Dayton. A trial in the police court resulted in appellee, Scheitker & Company, being found guilty and its punishment fixed at a fine of $25.00 and cost. From that judgment it…
