| ^Appellant Bismarck School District (the District) appeals from the decision of the Hot Spring County Circuit Court finding that the nonrenewal of appellee Paul Sims’s employment contract violated The Teacher Fair Dismissal Act of 1983, codified at Arkansas Code Annotated section 6-17-1501 et seq.
