J. Coleman Tidwell, Chapter 7 Trustee, Trustee, filed objections to the allowance of certain claims on October 24, 2002. A & M Check Cashing, Inc. and Ingleside Florist (collectively “Respondents”) filed responses on November 29, 2002. David L. Arrington, Debtor, filed objections to Respondents’ claims on December 26, 2002, and January 21, 2003. The objections to claims came on for hearing on January 22, 2003, and February 25, 2003.
