Affirming.

This suit brought by appellants (plaintiffs below) against the appellee (defendant below) to recover of him damages in the sum of $1,795.77, less a credit of $200.00 which will be hereinafter explained, grows out of the following facts: On November 20, 1913, plaintiff, Ida M. Ethington, wife of her co-plaintiff, A. L. Ethington, was the owner of a tract of land in Shelby county containing about 153 acres.
