This action was brought by the administrator of the estate of Embert Peterson, deceased, to recover damages for Embert Peterson’s death resulting immediately *123from an automobile collision which occurred at about three o’clock of a clear night at the junction of the Lincoln Highway (U. S. No. >30) and State Primary Road No. 60, two or three miles east of Boone, Iowa.
