FACTS

On Christmas Day, 2012, Ms. Theriot was scheduled to work for the employer as a porter at the L’Auberge du Lac Casino in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Her shift began at 11:00 p.m. She arrived at the casino before her shift, as she was required to gather the essentials for her tasks before her assigned shift began.
