Bliss v. Fosdick

The one question to be determined in this case is whether or not a valid trust was created on the 19th and 20th days of December, 1890, whereby Mr. Fosdick became a trustee, and 1,000 shares of the stock of the Gutta Percha Rubber Company vested in him as such trustee.
