This appeal arises from three cases filed under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 1201 et seq., in the bankruptcy court of the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division. The United States Trustee (“UST”) appeals the district court’s order affirming the bankruptcy court’s order refusing to accept resignation of the standing Chapter 12 trustee and setting forth procedures for such resignation. For the reasons set forth below, we REVERSE the district court’s order.
