11 Defendant, Robert Todd Griffin, was initially charged under two docket numbers with attempted first degree murder, second degree battery, simple battery of the infirm, simple robbeiy, simple burgla ry of an inhabited dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. In the instant docket number, the charges were later reduced to a single count of second degree robbery.
