Jurow, J.), entered on or about August 1, 1988, which adjudicated appellant a juvenile delinquent and placed him on probation for a period of 11 months pursuant to a fact-finding determination that he committed acts which if committed by an adult would constitute the crimes of attempted second degree assault, third degree assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
