This is an appeal from the trial court=s order denying Victor M. Cuevas, Jr.=s motion to reduce bail bond. TEX.R.APP.P. 31. We affirm.

In May 2003, Cuevas was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity to commit theft. Bail was set at $1,000,000, and Cuevas filed a motion to reduce the bail to $10,000.
