SHIELDS, Judge.
Roberta and Ronald Idlewine appeal the trial court’s refusal to set aside the default judgments and foreclosure sale in a mortgage foreclosure action against them instituted by the Madison County Bank and Trust Company (Bank). 1 They raise three issues on appeal but, because we find the first issue constitutes reversible error, we do not reach the other issues. 2 Cowan v.
