MEMORANDUM OPINION

WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.

This adversary proceeding was commenced by a three count complaint filed July 30, 1987, by which the plaintiff, Dr. Loye A. Ashton (Ashton) seeks a determination that the failure on the part of the defendant/Debtors, Dr. Larry N. Burke and Susan Burke, to pay the balance due him in consequence of a contract to purchase his dental practice constitutes a conversion under section 523(a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code rendering the unpaid balance nondischargeable.
