This action was instituted by the appellant administrator to recover damages for the death of his decedent occasioned by the latter’s head coming into contact with a corner of the body of a trailer truck owned by the appellee, Silver Fleet Motor Express, and at the time being-operated by the appellee, Edward Barrow.
