ORDER

SEYMOUR, Circuit Judge.

Deborah Huddy brings this action to challenge the district court’s denial of her 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion seeking to vacate her conviction on the grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1291 and 2253, and determine that reasonable ju lists would not find debatable the district court’s dismissal of Ms. Huddy’s habeas petition. Slack v. McDaniel, 529 U.S. 473, 484, 120 S.Ct. 1595, 146 L.Ed.2d 542 (2000). Therefore, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c), we deny Ms. Huddy a certificate of appealability (COA) to…
