This suit was brought to compel an alleged father to support an illegitimate child born before the enactment of Tex. Family Code Ann. §§ 13.01-13.09 (Vernon Supp. 1978 — 1979). The question is whether the action is barred by the four-year statute of limitations, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5529 (Vernon 1958), or whether the statute is tolled during the minority of the child by Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5535 (Vernon Supp. 1978-1979).
