Reversing.
The amount in controversy in each of these appeals being $365.00, the appeal in each' has been prayed in *656this court, as provided by the act of May 26, 1914, and rule 20 of this court, regulating appeals in civil cases when the amount in controversy, exclusive of interest and costs, is as much as $200.00 and less than $500.00; and as the two appeals are from different judgments in a single action and involve the same questions of law and fáct, they will be considered together, and the decision of the court in each declared in the one opinion.
