CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT AND PROTECTIVE ORDER

ALLEGRA, Judge.

This case is before the court pursuant to Plaintiffs Motion for Entry of Confidentiality Agreement and Protective Order.

The court has reviewed the motion and finds that good cause exists for approval and entry of the Confidentiality Agreement and Protective Order pursuant to RCFC 26(c) and RCFC 16(c)(3).
