Clark Harrison was charged on October 25, 1970 in the Traffic Court of New Orleans with the crime of “driving while intoxicated” as defined and punished by Section 38 — 110 of the Code of the City of New Orleans.1 I-Ie was arraigned and en*929tered a plea of- “not guilty”.
