This is a compensation case. Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, insurance carrier for Diamond Mill & Elevator Company, subscriber, appealed from an adverse judgment in favor of Charles O. Wright, employee, rendered in his suit to set aside the final decision of the Industrial Accident Board, and to recover full compensation in a lump sum for alleged injuries.
