Reversing.

The appellee and plaintiff below as the administratrix of Robbie Burns recovered a judgment against the Director General of Railroads, the appellant and defendant below, for the sum of $22,500.00 as damages to the estate of the decedent for the destruction of his power *763to earn money by negligently causing bis death.
