Cynthia Bell (“Bell”) appeals from a February 22,1995 Order of the Honorable Stuart M. Bernstein, Judge of the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York (the “Order”), granting The Alden Owners Inc.’s (“Alden”) motion for relief from the automatic stay of section 362 of the Title 11, United States Bankruptcy Code, to aUow Alden to cancel Bell’s share certificates and sell the shares with respect to Bell’s apartment.
