The relator states in the petition that he is the duly elected, qualified and acting Attorney-General of the state of Ohio, and that he brings this action on behalf of Frank Pond, under and by virtue of Section 27 of the AYorkmen’s Compensation Act of Ohio (103 O. L., 72).
