DECISION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court after a Hearing on the Plaintiffs Motion for Reconsideration of this Court’s Order dated February 7, 2007, Granting Default Judgment Against the Defendant and Denying Plaintiffs Request for Fees, Costs and Damages. At the conclusion of the Hearing, the Court deferred ruling on the matter so as to afford the opportunity to further consider the Plaintiffs Motion.
