This is an appeal from a judgment of the United States Customs Court, First Division, which, while sustaining a protest of appellant insofar as it covered certain bottles containing beer brewed in the Philippine Islands, and adjudging that said bottles were properly dutiable at one-half cent per pound under paragraph 217 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by virtue of paragraph 810 of the same act, overruled all ■other claims of the protest, one of which claimed the bottles were free of duty under section 301 of said tariff act, and another that they…
