This Adversary proceeding relates to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case of Dr. Frank L. Bearden (“Debtor” or “Defendant”). Peter A. Cantwell, on behalf of the law firm Cantwell & Cantwell (collectively “Plaintiff’ or “Cantwell”), filed his Complaint seeking a determination as to whether debt owed to that firm is nondis-chargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5)(B).
