JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant Jason Betts appeals from his conviction for aggravated murder alleging felony murder, two counts of aggravated robbery, and firearm specifications. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
{¶ 2} On May 14, 2004, defendant was indicted for two counts of aggravated murder with felony murder and three-year firearm specification, and two counts of aggravated robbery with one and three-year firearm specifications, in connection with the shooting death of David Reyes.
