This is a case arising under the Workmen’s Compensation Law. The claim of the appellant, Mrs. Ruby L. Hickman, for compensation was disallowed and she has appealed. Mrs. Hickman went to work for the Westinghouse Electric Company in May, 1950. She worked at night, her hours being from 11:30 p. m. to 8:00 a. m. She says that while working in the due course of her employment one night in July, 1950, she hurt her back while lifting a bulky box weighing about 40 pounds.
