On February 8, 1991, to facilitate the administration of a large number of cases pending in this district involving the insolvent Bank of New England, N.A. or one of its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Bank”) as a party, this court entered two orders on the Miscellaneous Business Docket (Docket No. 6 and Docket No. 8) that substituted (1) the New Bank of New England, N.A.
