Appellant, Shawn Ahearn, individually and as a putative class representative, appeals the final summary judgment issued by the trial court which found that all of the causes of action asserted in Aheam’s complaint were moot as to him individually, and as such, he lacked standing to assert claims for a similarly situated class.
