—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: We reject the contentions of defendant that the indictment was improperly consolidated for trial with the indictment against the codefendant (see, CPL 200.40 [2]; see, People v Troy, 209 AD2d 943; see also, People v Griffin, 137 AD2d 558, 559, lv denied 70 NY2d 1006) and that County Court abused its discretion in denying her request for additional peremptory challenges (see, CPL 270.25 [2] [b]; [3]).
