PROCEEDINGS IN THE DISTRICT COURT PRIOR TO EVIDENTIARY HEARING
On August 8, 1967, petitioner filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The court issued an order to show cause and respondent filed his return on August 25, 1967.
