The reason or purpose for the filing of the account is the death on December 19, 1964, of John D. Johnson, Jr., son of decedent, who was a cotrustee and also an income beneficiary. The trust was created by item third of *104testator’s will, which set up certain quarter-annual annuities, and then directed that the balance of income be paid to testator’s children and the issue of his deceased children living at each quarterly distribution date, per stirpes.
