Appellant A. Reagan Clark, individually and as the representative of the estate of his mother, Lois Clark, intervened in an ongoing lawsuit against appellees Conoco-Phillips Company, DCP Midstream, LP, ConocoPhillips Gas Company, and DCP Midstream Marketing, LLC (collectively ConocoPhillips).
