MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
PAUL MANNES, Bankruptcy Judge.
Darrell Jay Grimes (hereinafter “Debt- or”), acting through counsel, filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 9, 1981. Concurrently therewith he filed his Statement of Financial Affairs in which was listed real proper ty in West Salem, Wisconsin “[presently held as tenants in common with former wife, Beverly I.
