*401 OPINION AND ORDER

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) recommends that Steven 0. Thornton, KBA Member No. 70895,1 be suspended from the practice of law for 181 days, and that he be ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $7,383.33, as well as the costs associated with these proceedings. The Inquiry Commission consolidated three separate disciplinary cases against Thornton, involving fourteen alleged violations of the Kentucky Rules of Professional Conduct. The Trial Commissioner found that Thornton had committed eleven of the fourteen alleged violations and recommended the same punishment…
