This is an original proceeding in certio-rari to review the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus by the Circuit Court of St. Francois County. We quash the circuit court record.

On October 9, 1973, Horace W. Bonner pleaded guilty and was sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of'second degree murder, assault with intent to kill and forcible rape.
